This notes template is for EFCT Therapists to better track and monitor their couples progress through Stages 1, 2 and 3 of EFCT. The template helps to organize the couples cycle, the therapists own interpretations and insights, triggers, protective moves and where to pick up at the start of next session to keep progress rolling smoothly throughout treatment.
